All Access Training and Student-Athlete Development, Inc. was founded in January 2020 as a 501(c)(3) organization to address the shortage of resources for young people in New Haven, CT, who face academic, social, and emotional challenges. Historically, young men and women of color involved in sports have been marginalized and perceived merely as athletes. Our mission is to amplify their voices and support their development beyond the playing field.
Over the past four years, our organization has received funding from The Prosperity Foundation, The Omega Life Membership Foundation, the Yale Office of New Haven Affairs, and other generous supporters. Our founders have actively participated in prestigious programs, including the Greater New Haven Community Foundation Neighborhood Leadership Program (2020 Cohort) and The Rensselaerville Institute Community Sparkplug (2021 Cohort).
We are dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion among our student-athletes and volunteers. We uphold a strict policy of non-discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity or expression, skin tone, national or ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation.
