All Access Training and Student-Athlete Development, Inc. was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in January 2020 in response to the lack of resources available to young people in New Haven, CT causing them to struggle academically, socially, and emotionally. For decades, young men and women of color who've participated in sports have had their voices silenced and have been seen as just athletes and nothing more.
Over the last 3 years, our organization has been awarded funding from The Prosperity Foundation, The Omega Life Membership Foundation, and Yale Office of New Haven Affairs, along with others. Our founders have been a part of the Greater New Haven Community Foundation Neighborhood Leadership Program 2020 Cohort and The Rensselaerville Institute Community Sparkplug 2021 Cohort.
All Access Training and Student-Athlete Development, Inc. is committed to promoting an environment and culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion among its student-athletes and volunteers. We are committed to serving the needs of all those within the student-athlete community and do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, gender identity or expression, skin tone, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, or sexual orientation.
